Does MakeMKV rip Blu-Ray UHD with same Video and Audio Quality as on the disc?

Hi all

Can someone please confirm if MakeMKV rips Blu-Ray UHD with same Video and Audio Quality as on the disc ?
ie no loss at all and including HDR/DV/ and all of the Audio options Atmos etc?

I know this is the case with standard Blu-Ray's but just wanted peace of mind/ confirmation on UHD Blu-Ray's

Yup it's all lossless
