Unable to Back-Up Spectre (Daniel Craig Collection 2021 Purchase)

Has anyone recently purchased the Daniel Craig Collection (Post November 2021) and been successful in making a back-up, or even a remux, of Spectre?

I've done all the necessary steps outlined in the forums here cleaning the disc (with a cloth, using water and soap, etc), but every time I'm getting an error when it's trying to copy the main movie title, "00037.m2ts". I've gone through 3 Disc's (2 from Best Buy and then 1 from Amazon), but still the same error every time.

I even tried to copy it directly from the disc and it also fails on the main movie title, "00037.m2ts".

Does anyone know if there is an issue with the manufacturing process? Does anyone know how I can find out the manufacturer and contact them?

EDIT: It's not a drive issue as I'm able to back-up other movies after trying to back-up Spectre.

if you cleaned the discs and got new discs
try cleaning your drive after that.
sorry but your drive is defective i recommend you return it if you can and get a BU40N

I thought it might be a drive issue too, but I'm am able to back-up other UHD and Blu-Ray discs.

It just seems to be an issue with that one.

Those are 100GB triple-layer discs, generally troublesome to rip. Thorough vigorous cleaning/polishing will sometimes resolve it

Spectre is only a 2 layer disc according to MakeMKV

So I think it's just a bad batch isolated to the Spectre disc in the Daniel Craig Collection.

I bought Spectre separately and was able to back-up the issue with no issues.

I bought the Daniel Craig 4K Bond set and successfully made mkv files of all 4 movies and then transcoded with Handbrake without incident almost a year ago.

I got the same collection at Christmas time and had the exact same problem with Spectre. Cleaned the disc and drives (both of mine), and still no go. I did a return with Amazon. The new Spectre disc worked right off the bat.
