That depends on your player. If your player does not stumble over the HD version, there is no reason to keep the "lossy core", because it's already part of the HD stream.
Some players, though, cannot find the lossy core within the full stream, which is why MakeMKV offers to pull it out for you.

Thanks. So only the HD track is okay? But if i would like to choose an upmixer like NEURAL X or AURO 3D? Does it work even i don't ripp the Core track?

Upmixing is outside what MakeMKV will do. If you're planning on doing that later, your best bet is to have the DTS-HD MA track intact.
If your player has no trouble with that, you do not need to extract the DTS Stereo track. Using the DTS-HD MA gives you the best audio for later "play".
