UHD rip failure Requiem of a dream

The movie plays fine in a 4kplayer so disk issues are not highly likely.
The drive has had no issue with ripping any other BDs or UHD BDs in the past or currently ripped another UHD movie while testing.
its an LG WH14NS40. Log should be attached. Lionsgate Releases do seem to always make JAVA IDing fail though not sure if that is a symptom or just Lionsgate being bad.

Dirty disc clean it
Dirty drive clean it
Defective disc replace it
Defective drive replace it with a BU40N

This disc is a BD100 the hardest disc to read

Right so i doubt that as it did a full backup of the encrypted disk....I'll try to get it from that and go from there. On a side note tried a diferent playlist from its 900+ to choose from got t71 fine but its got the garbled video and piracy warning that the fake playlists have and i got the Extras on the disk fine too.

you sure this is a UHD disc most dont have playlist protection i only know of 1 that does

I have Requiem for a Dream 4K, and yes, it also has playlist obscuring in place. I had to manually sort out which title was the "real" main title, as the Java stuff that was supposed to pick it out didn't work for me.
