Anybody know which is the best source file on the UK disc, 00001, 00356 or 00359?

For the UK disc version I have, there are three main playlists.

00001 - Main feature without the end credits (stream 00001 at 01:24:51)
00358 - Main feature & end credits (stream 00001 & 00357 at 01:33:22)
00359 - Main feature & end credits (stream 00001 & 00358 at 01:33:22)

The end credits stream 00357 and 00358 are not the same. 00358 has the cockerel scene with audio out of sync and the cast list is a bit odd.

So, playlist 00358 with streams 00001 & 00357 is the correct one.
