Quick thanks to Alex for the ASUS BW-16D1HT. Contacted on Friday 9/24, finalized deal within 3 hours, and received tracking info from USPS. Received today, 9/30, did a quick test, and everything ok. I did notice that the one I received had firmware 3.10, the one I purchased in 2018 had 3.01. Don't know the difference, but never had any issues with V 3.01. Again Alex, thanks for the excellent service.

Hi there, been trying to get ahold of a ripper. Stumbled across Alex's business in May and decided to give it a shot. Took a while, but after some back and forth I finally received the invoice and paid it immediately (end of August). Now waiting for the tracking number to figure out where it is. If you read this Alex, if you wouldn't find forwarding on the tracking (you have my email Oliver Bakker) that would be swell.
You and I are all set thank you!

Hey Alex, I'm back for round 3 I believe it is..lol just sent you an email. looking for a slim optical drive (no enclosure needed) for a server build I'm working on. Looks like the LG BU40 might work for my application based some of the comments in the this thread?

Hello, Alex, I'm wanting to buy a Libre drive. I tried to email, but I'm not sure if it got through. Do you have a list of current drives and prices
Thanks,
Mike.

Finally got the product. Happy to say that even though it was a bit of a wait (understandable during a pandemic), that the drive is working perfectly fine and that I am very happy with the purchase. Cant thank Alex enough!

I've been using this site for a while now without registering, but I figured I'd join so I can leave a review. I just finished buying a drive from Alex and am awaiting delivery. Will update once I receive & test the drive.

The LG BU40 arrived today, I don't have a UHD disk to test, but it made a backup of a Blu-Ray just fine. Thanks, Alex!

I purchased a drive on October 16, and while I received a USPS tracking number, I’ve never gotten my drive nor did it ever get to the post office, or heard back from Alex after multiple phone numbers and emails messages. I am starting to get worried, but it has almost been a full month since payment, if anyone could help that would be great

Hello! I have a LG WH16NS60 that I purchased here, and it's not working with Windows 11. At least, it stopped working after I upgraded to Windows 11. Anyway, the drive doesn't show up in This PC. I've tried different ports and cables. It's weird.

Halp!

I purchased a drive on October 17. I haven't gotten the drive yet either. I haven't heard back from an email message I sent to Alex a few days ago to check in. Alex, could you send the drive? I'll post again here when I receive it.

I don't know how to explain it, but it's working now. For some reason, I have to plug it in, turn it on, then unplug it and plug it back in and then it works. It does this on multiple computers. Weird. Anyway, it works so I'm good.
