AVCHD should just work. What happens if open "index.bdmv" from file menu?

makemkv recognizes the format of iso fails but also fails to open the file index.bdmv-

I have the same problem. I use a blu ray iso. Whatever i do everytime when the output size is 105 mb it fails.
What is causing this problem?
I use makemkv for mac.

The error shows that problem is with subtitles, so as a workaround you may try to uncheck all subtitles. We're still trying to figure out exact cause though.
