Hello
After a new Windows installation I have problems I never faced before:
it is not possible to backup/copy any BD
Either the prog crashes after some time or it ends with an error message and no file has been saved.
I have tried everything: reboot, reinstall, different settings, different destination drives etc.
I have three different log files, but they are too big for this forum.
I am using makemkv since some years, but this is new for me....
System info:
WIN 7 64 bit, makemkv vers. 1.6.5,

Please enable and post the full debug log.

I would like post the log files, but as the size is limited to 1 MB and the files have between 2 and 7 MB it is not possible.....! Even after a ZIP compr. the size is >2 MB
In the meantime I have installes another BD RIP rpogramme and with this one everything works fine.
So the reason for the problem with makemkv is obviously not windows or the BD drive.
