I have audio out-of-sync for MakeMkv rips for multi-cut discs (i.e., one disc that contains both theatrical & extended cut) when the audio is Dolby TrueHD Atmos. For example
- The Martian
- Hellboy
- Fast & Furious 9
- Stripes
Everything will play fine until the "branching point" then then audio will start falling out-of-sync. The lossy Dolby Digital track or DTS:HD MA track on the same Mkv does not have the sync issue. I watch my Mkv through Plex with Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 as client.
Does anyone have the same issue and/or the fix for the issue?

Yes, I just experienced this issue with Fast & Furious 9 (played using the same setup, Plex client on 2019 Nvidia Shield Pro).
I was able to successfully play it without sync issues on a 4K Apple TV using Infuse 7 Pro; but this method does not play back the Atmos content.

I have the same issue using the same setup, the theatrical versions on the disc play without problems though.
