Not copying all episodes from DVD

Hello
Using this software to copy a tv series from DVD to PC. First two discs performed excellently, taking all episodes from each. Now trying disc 3 and 4 but it is only picking up 4 episodes instead of 7/8.
Is there a setting I am missing?

Make sure you have debug logging turned on, and post the scan portion of opening the disks in question. Details on how to do that are in the FAQ in my signature.

Handbrake is not a disk ripper. It does not understand copy protection. There are ways to force it to do that, but they are not supported.

Handbrake is very useful AFTER the ripping is done, though!
