Select the correct title

If I want to rip a DVD with several titles (films), what is the best way to choose the right one? Do I really have to rip the whole DVD and then look at each track and rename it?

How do you do it?

For total accuracy, that is the "best way", but most times you have either one main title (size will tell you which). TV series will have episodes that are the same length, and their order will tell you which is which.
