Why are some titles duplicated?

Hi all

Some of the discs I've been ripping seem to have duplicate titles (Size and content seem to be exactly the same) ?
Out of fear for missing something I leave everything checked...but in the case of these duplicates, it takes forever eg 2 lots of 50gb+ titles, when there should only be the one.

Can anyone shed some light please?

That's a question for the disk authors.

Sometimes, there will be differences in some of the tracks included. For example, When Marnie was Here includes both English dub and Japanese audio with subtitles... But not in the same play list. All track are in the transport stream, but the play list locks out some of them.

The screenshot is from the Total Recall UHD...I have double checked and the Video, Audio and Subs are identical...very strange and somewhat frustrating.
