I purchased MakeMKV about a week ago, complete with activation key. I installed on a little HTPC I built sometime ago (Windows 10). A couple days into ripping some Blu ray's Windows decided the driver for my Pioneer Drive was corrupted. I had the PC reinstall Windows from an online download process. I selected keep all my files. What I didn't know was that all apps not initially on the PC would not be installed. MakeMKV was one of them.
I thought no problem, just download it again and reinstall. The issue is I neglected to store a copy of the registration key. Can a new one be provided?

Did you get the registration key in email? I can find my registration key in my email by searching on 'makemkv'.
