other than cost? i used the comparison page on assus website i see no differences at all.

Hi,
I was researching the same.
The hardware specs are the same.
The Pro model comes with two additional softwares (CyberLink PowerDVD 14& CyberLink InstantBurn 5)

The Pro model is available mainly in the US and Japan.
