My boxes of BR discs were continuously ripped last year with makemkv, and made the isolation more bearable. So thanks.
I just upgraded from Ubuntu 18.04 to Focal Fossa. Although I now see a nice icon for makemkv, I have the same problem as many posts I have read:
no file/folder libavcodec.so.57 (I assume I have 58)
I am a Linux n00b, and know little more than apt-get. Since so many have experienced similar problems when upgrading Ubuntu, is there one, well written FAQ somewhere I could troubleshoot from?
