Pick all subtitles but not audiotracks?

Is there a way to make MakeMKV autopick all subtitles (or atleast the ones I want), and only the english audiotrack? I've played around with the "Advanced"-tab but never made it entirely..

Add something like this to Preferences > Advanced > Default Selection Rule:

"-sel:all,+sel:(eng),-sel:(core),-10:(forced*(eng)),-15:(deu),-20:(forced*(deu))"

This selects all audio streams in HD and German and English subs where forced subs (IF flagged as such and recognized by MakeMKV) will be ordered like this:

deu forced
deu
eng.
