convert video dv dual layers tow tracks into dual layers one track

I saw we can convert a bluray dv remux into mkv with makemkv to can watch on the nvidia shield for exemple.
Someone has a guide to do this ?

Are you just trying to remux an AVI or mp4 file into a mkv? If so then you can just use MKVtoolNix to do the job. It will not touch the video/audio track, it just re-writes the container.
