Mission Impossible:Fallout - still having issues?

Post by blitzer » Tue Jun 01, 2021 6:39 pm

Hi all,

I see that this disc has come up more than once in the past. I was under the impression it was resolved but I'm having issues with a copy I got from Amazon recently.

Does any have any advice? (log attached)

Have you tried cleaning the disk? Your drive is having problems reading parts of it.

I couldn't spot any scratches or blemishes but I gave it a clean in any case. Still got the same result.

I guess it could be a manufacturing defect.

Thanks for your help.

I have two of these and both gave me issues, but you simply have to clean the disc and if that doesn't work, clean it again. Keep repeating the clean process till you get it to rip.

Good advice again! After repeated cleans I was able to extract all the tracks (despite no visible issue).

Thanks all for your patience.
