This is only interesting for Europeans.

I own both german discs:

Drachenzähmen leicht gemacht
- one dragon on the cover
- contains spanish, italian and turkey audio
- disc name How To Train Your Dragon SE
- EAN 4047552000177

Drachenzähmen leicht gemacht
- multiple dragons on the cover
- contains latvian, russian, etc audio tracks
- disc name How To Train Your Dragon
- EAN 4047552250428

I created MKVs of all tracks and extracted the video stream of the main movie. Both have identical checksums. So the movie clips are the same and differ only in the amount of audio tracks.

Now the differences of the additional clips:

Conclusion:
The "SE" version is better as it contains more extras related to the movie.

"SE" might be stands for "Special Edition". That's why it has more content. I also have a question: I noticed there are Turkish audio tracks in a few German blu ray releases especially animations. I wonder how frequent is the Turkish content in German releases. Because it is a bit meaningless. Those countries are not close neighbours like France and Italy. It's probably because of the Turkish population.

This should be the reason, but finally there are only a few with turkish audio tracks. I would say only 1 to 3%.
