Ghost in the Shell 4K Italian edition

Hi, I tried to submit the AACS dump of this disk, but the email is not delivered correctly and returns with the error "Disabled recipient address". Is this normal?
Anyway, I attached the dump to this post.

Yes, now that the main site is back online the email is delivered correctly.
