Support IINA.app in Integration under MakeMKV preferences

Description of the problem:
I have IINA.app under /Applications but MakeMKV does not show IINA.app. The support is missing.

It would be great if support for IINA.app can be added.

+1 for this. I love IINA

IINA is a great player, but it's still missing a few features. I can't access a DVD's menu and view bonus content, it only plays the main (longest?) title. I'd like a DRC option in the equaliser as well.

Other than that it's great.

Even if makemkv does not nativity support it with the easy integration tab you can do it the old way if iina supports libbd

IINA is a Mac specific wrapper around MPV and youtube-dl.

I have no idea if this will work, but maybe: https://github.com/iina/iina/issues/3363
