Make mkv email not working

Hi
I tried to follow the instructions for the "Volume key is unknown error" by trying to send the tgz file to svq@makemkv.com for LOTR 4k Fellowship disc 1

I notice the website is down and the email I sent is getting an mail delivery subsystem error

What is happening with mkv? Anyone else getting these errors?
