Question about embedding Dolby Vision layers from separate video tracks
Now that MakeMKV automatically embeds Dolby Vision and we no longer have to add it as a second video track from the m2ts files, is there any way to embed those Dolby Vision layers like with a now standard rip? I mean, is there some way to combine the two video tracks into one if we've already remuxed them? I'm just concerned that the two video track solution won't be as forward compatible.

Never mind, found this file:
v0.0.4_BETA_TEST_FEL_TO_MEL_PLUS_UHDBD_TO_81__PLUS_SKIP_HDR10plus__PLUS_EXPERIM_MUXER_17102020.zip
Seems like exactly what I needed.

if you just load your old remuxed file with multiple video tracks into the newest version of makemkv, it will spit out a file with the merged tracks

Oh, wow, I didn't think MakeMKV accepted MKV files. That's so simple. Thanks.shawnc22 wrote: Mon Apr 19, 2021 12:37 am if you just load your old remuxed file with multiple video tracks into the newest version of makemkv, it will spit out a file with the merged tracks
