Game of Thrones series 4 disc 1 will not open

Tried 2 rom drives, one iMac and 2 pc’s and no disc reply from mkv. Dvd fab the room drive gets blanked out as if not present. Change disc and all back to normal.

Try cleaning the disc with a very soft microfiber cloth

This series UHD discs are notoriously troublesome. Many sets have one or more unreadable discs. A thorough polishing with a lint-free cloth is in order.
