Asus BW-16D1HT won't flash

Post by kamuffel »

Hi everyone,

I just bought the BW-16D1HT and tried to flash it with the command line routine to the mk firmware included in the firmware package. I did include the "enc" in the code line. That didn't work so the next try was using the sdftool but still the same. It says that the flashing was completed but makeMKV still won't read the UHD bluray. A restart did not help.
Any ideas, why it does not work?

This is the current info provided by MakeMKV:

The SDFtool Flasher thread doesn't list that in the Encrypted Firmware: list. Have you tried w/out 'enc'?

No "enc" checked and it will work. Only LG firmwares are encrypted to this date.
