Just to clarify, the "t" "title" number in the filename is an arbitrary number that MakeMKV assigns based on the order that it loads the content of the disc, which can be affected by factors such as minimum title length as mentioned above.

What you should look at when finding, sharing, or confirming the correct file is what MakeMKV labels as the source file name, generally an mpls playlist number, and commonly referred to as just a playlist:

Source file name: 00900.mpls

You can also add this "source" number, which will either be an mpls playlist or an m2ts file, to the filenames that MakeMKV creates by going into your preferences and changing the "Default Output File Name Template" to include "{_s:SN}"
