Error trying to convert a ripped DVD

I usually have zero problems but all of a sudden with a couple of old DVDs I'm having the problem. I had ripped these several years ago and they work as DVDs.

Is that link supposed to be clickable? I'm not sure I understand.

The disc was damaged or dirty when I ripped it and now I can't change it to an MKV because even though it worked when it was ripped it can't be read?

Try cleaning your original, commercial DVD...

Looks like a bad rip - video stream is damaged. To confirm, please send full debug log (it should have bunch of base64 encoded data) to support@makemkv.com .
