How to prepare MKV without DV from a UHD DV disc

Hi,
This is my first post, apologies if I did anything wrong with my post.

I have a UHD with DV and trying to prepare an MKV "without DV" ( I need MKV with just HDR10). If I run eac3to, am able to see both video streams (I know eac3to is not recommended for such scenario)

h265/HEVC, 2160p24 (16:9), 10 bits
h265/HEVC, 1080p24 (16:9), 10 bits - Dolby Vision Enhancement Layer

But if I use MakeMKV, (Pls see https://i.postimg.cc/0jFMhFdT/screenshot-37.png ) , it shows all titles with DV only and creating MKV "with DV" which I am able to play and latest Mediainfo shows all OK. but I couldn't get HDR10 only video stream (without DV).

I think I'm doing some silly mistake , please advise.

Unfortunately you can't at the moment, but all these files are backwards compatible so if you play it on a device with DV support, the file will just play in HDR10. If you really need to do this, you'd either have to use an older version of MakeMKV (1.15.1 should work) or do a decrypted backup and make your mkv with something like mkvtoolnix or clonebd.
