Scripting MakeMKV

There don't seem to be many options in the current version of MakMKV.
I only need to specify the source and destination.

I'd like to be able to do this in batch mode, running MakeMKV from a script, so that I can rename the destination directory and filenames.
Can MakeMKV be run from the cmd line?

If so, would someone point me to some examples of the argument syntax?
