Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 1 - computer won't even recognize the disc

I've got the Special Edition BD and want to put a copy on my NAS. I'm a noob but have done 150 movies so far with little trouble. This disc is different. I put it in the drive and it just clicks, spins, grinds, retries, etc... and then stops after maybe one minute. MakeMKV says there is no disc. I tried AnyDVD with the same result.

The drive is a new LG BD-RE WH16NS40.

I cleaned the disc (it looks great) and tried it in my Samsung BluRay player where it played fine.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
