Not All Disc Items Shown in MakeMKV

Hello,

This is my first attempt at using MakeMKV for ripping a BD and I noticed that in the Type list, not all of the disc elements are listed. The disc has 15 items including the feature but the program only lists 7, one if which is the feature. Is there a reason why the program doesn't list all of the video items on the disc? I was able to successfully extract all 7 items MakeMKV had listed and scanned through them to make sure the program didn't combine elements, but I need all of the elements from the disc. Any suggestions?

Also, is there a way to extract the disc menus?

Are the missing items shorter than 120 seconds long, the default minimum title length for MakeMKV?
