I CAN?T CREATE MKV FROM SHAKIRA ORAL FIXATION TOUR DVD. WHY?

please launch the program, enable "show debug messages" in preferences, close the program, launch again, try to open your dvd and then post contents of the log window here. That will provide enough details to start.
