AV Sync Issues - Multiple BDs

Hello everyone. New to this forum and ripping in general so please be patient with me. Recently purchased the WH16NS40 drive and changed the firmware over to WH16NS60. Everything seems to be working smooth, but I am having AV sync issues. My main purpose of using MakeMKV is to rip all my concert BDs/DVDs to digital in order to view through my Plex media server. I've gone through about 5-6 BDs so far, and it seems like every one has slight audio sync problems. It's very obvious with the concert BDs as I you can see the notes being played almost half a second before the audio comes through. I will be running all of these through Handbrake as well to reduce the file size a bit so I'm not sure if that will help. If someone could recommend me some steps to try for such an issue or provide links with guides to this it would be much appreciated. Below is the log generated in case that helps. The log looks like you're making backups of blu-rays, which is fine. How are you playing these?
