Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom Uncorrectable Error

About 3 minutes into ripping Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom the rip fails. I am trying to rip the UHD 4K version (I have successfully ripped the HD BD disc from the same disc/movie case). Below is the error log. I am running Make MKV v1.15.3 with WH16NS40 drive 1.02 firmware using libre drive mode.

I have tried multiple times to no luck, The error message isn't always the same, sometimes it comes up with *illegal action something, something* (I will run it again until I get that error log and post it as well).
This is the first movie I have had any trouble with.

The drive is having an issue reading data from the disc...

Clean cloth or worst case a wipe with some isopropyl alcohol on a cloth and then a good buff is normally all that's needed to remove the factory dirt/grease layer that prevents UHD's reading.
I've had great success with nearly all discs using this approach. If the disc has damage then you'll likely need a replacement disc. UHD discs are incredibly sensitive to any marks on the read surface.

This is the error with the illegal request.
This also happened after buffing the disc with some isopropyl alcohol and a glass cleaning cloth. The disc itself looks fine with no scratches and will play in my Xbox one x.
