ASUS BC-12D2HT flash failed. Bricked?

My flashing seemed to fail half way trough:

The drive no doesn't even open or close. I tried restoring the old dumped FW:

that drive on firmware 1.00 was not compatible you did not read my guide: https://www.makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic ... 16&t=19634
it would not have had mt1959 it was mt 1939
the drive can probably be recovered if it still shows up in makemkv if not check dosflash after that its done

Ok here's a summary of what you need to do

Try the recovery option in sdf tool if that fails do this:

Downgrade your drive to WH16NS60 1.00 with sdftool or makemkv command line
Full shutdown pull power plug or flip switch push power button for 10 seconds
Then reflash WH16NS60 1.00 again with the unlocked lg or Asus flasher
Full shutdown pull power plug or flip switch push power button for 10 seconds
Then boot in to your dosflash bottable and dump the firmware
Use the transfer tool to your correct firmware and flash it.

The innards are the same; there are more brands of drives than there are manufacturers.

Update makemkv if you not on the latest version

I copied the file into the .\MAKEMKV folder then started MakeMKV and then Powershell as admin and enter this .\makemkvcon64.exe f --all-yes -d D: rawflash enc -i E:\Programs\AsusFirmware\LG\DE_LGWH16NS60_1.00.bin
and that is the result

As I said open the makemkv gui before trying to flash again the sdf file should disappear in the directory then try again

it´s all not working

i put the sdf.bin in .\makemkv folder, start makemkv the sdf.bin is goes to _private_data.tar !?!
