Asus BW-16D1HT 3.03

Hi. Noob here!

I have just purchased the Asus BW-16D1HT and when I started Makemkv, it shows that I have firmware 3.03. (Please see attached picture for confirmation.)

From reading a bit on these forums, it sounds like I should install the 3.10 MK firmware. Can someone help me out and advise which flashing tool to use(with link) as well as the steps to follow (can I go straight to 3.10MK from 3.03 or is there an intermediate step)? Also, if you can provide a link to the firmware, it would be much appreciated!
