Bug report: progress bars not visible in Mac OS Big Sur

It seems that there’s a bug in MakeMKV where the progress bars are not visible in Mac OS Big Sur when the application window is not selected.

This occurs in both Light Mode and Dark Mode of the OS and is repeatable.

I’ve attached two screenshots: one shows the application running while the MakeMKV window is not active, and the progress bars are not visible. The other shows the progress bars are visible when the MakeMKV window is active.

In prior versions of Mac OS (or MakeMKV), progress bars were always visible whether the app was in focus or not.

I upgraded to Big Sur and I observe the same issue. Progress bars are visible as long as the window has the focus, but as soon as you switch the focus to another window, they disappear.
