Hi,

Following the threads here for issues with the "the volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted" error.

I received this on Tenet today.

Looking at the other articles; it says to send the MKB20 file to support@makemkv.com

Here is the file path C:\Users\fiest\.MakeMKV
Here is the file: MKB20_v76_Tenet_A470.tgz

Hoping I can get the encryption keys uploaded

Actually, the fast-track address is to email the file to svq@makemkv.com .
