I'm receiving the "volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be derypted" error for Casino 4k. The protection is showing up as AACS2.0/C v68. I already sent in the AACS file to svq@makemkv.com about 3 weeks ago, but I am still having the same issue. I resent the email again today, just in-case it wasn't received, but I was hoping someone could shed some light onto how this process works and what the usual turnaround time is.
My MakeMKV version is 1.15.3, but I'm not sure how to check if the latest hashkeys have been pulled in. I've restarted the application as well as my computer with no change. For what it's worth, I've ripped probably 20+ UHD disks with no problems, this is the only movie where the error is showing up.
I've also attached the file here. I searched through the forums and it appears that others may have been able to rip this movie successfully.
Thanks!

Re: Casino 4k volume key is unkown
From the FAQ re: turnaround, as well as potential issues that could occur when submitting a dump:
I submitted a dump, how long does it take?
Once submitted, the turnaround can be pretty fast, between 12 to 48 hours.
When you submit a dump, ensure that:
- You are using the latest version of MakeMKV
- You are using a LibreDrive-enabled drive (be it "friendly" or "official", but it must be LibreDrive enabled)
- You have "Enable Internet access" enabled in Preferences (in the General tab)
- You are opening the original disc (not a backup, not ISO, etc)
- You are opening the disc using a real disc drive natively (no elby clonedrive, no vmware, no dvdfab or discsoft virtual, etc)
Using: ASUS BW-16D1HT 3.00

I'm still having problems getting this disk to work.preserve wrote: ↑Wed Nov 25, 2020 2:11 amFrom the FAQ re: turnaround, as well as potential issues that could occur when submitting a dump:

* I'm using the latest version
* I have a LibreDrive-enabled drive
Drive platform: MT1959, Firmware Type: Original (unpatched), Firmware version: 3.02
* "Enable Internet access" is checked in my settings.
As I mentioned before. I've ripped 20+ disks, this is the only one that I'm having trouble with. Any ideas on how I can get this working? Thanks for the help.
