Sopranos DVD season 6 part 1 Disc 2, t01 (2nd episode on disc)

I keep getting error message with Sopranos DVD season 6 part 1 Disc 2, t01 file (which is 2nd episode on that disc)
I tried cleaning the disc. I tried getting an new disc from a friend and still get same error message, I attached a screenshot, can someone here please help explain why or how I can fix this.

It may be a disc-specific issue, unless someone who has this same disc can comment.

If I’m reading this correctly, it’s having a sync issue at 39 minutes, but the title is only 31 minutes? Something strange there.

Are there any extra audio tracks on that title, and have you tried unselecting them?
