How to find my license registration for new install

I am sure this must have been covered many a time so please forgive me for being one of those many asking -

My system was going a bit sketchy so I backed it up and did a reinstall which bumped me up to Big Sur. I am able to install the latest MakeMKV application but of course it asks for license registration or other options. I can access my backup of my system and the application but not sure where to look for my registration. It is one that does not expire.

Any help would be appreciated.

You should find an email from either "avangate.com" or "2co.com", which will have your key in it.

Failing that, send an email to support@makemkv.com with your information, and Mike can look it up for you.
