I just blew a lot of money for this blu-ray series and I'm trying to convert all the video tracks to MP4 files via HandBrake.
My problem is some files apparently are not being ripped correctly and crash HandBrake when opened.
All of the actual episode files are being ripped correctly and are processed by HandBrake correctly.
But the 'special feature' files are not being ripped correctly even though I get no errors during rip.
I can preview the MKV files with the VLC player.
Again the regular episode MKV files play correctly, but I only get an audio track with the 'special features' MKV files.

Has anyone else run into this problem?
What can I do to troubleshoot this??

There are certain audio tracks that handbrake cannot handle at this time. The solution is to tell MakeMKV to NOT rip those audio tracks, if there are alternatives. Dolby Atmos is one of the types that breaks HB.
