If you search the forum for the disk in question, you'll find out that you have entered the world of "let's create dozens of fake titles". One company, Lionsgate, has made it their mission in life to try to hide the content of their disks this way. Each version of the disk uses a different "real" title; the rest are simply collections of scenes pieced together.

Searching for "bluray playlist obfuscation" on youtube will come up with videos that explain how to find the right one on your own, if you have the programs necessary (main one being a program that can play the BD on your machine), or you can look for the disk title on internet to see if someone else has already found the right one for the version of the disk you own... And it DOES matter where you purchased the disk from!
