I'm Ripping the Twilight series for my mother and on a few of the disc it will get to about 60-70% and then will stop or freeze. I put my cursor with in the window and its "loading" no matter how long i leave it, it still loads. Finally when i click the screen it goes grey and the program stops working.
if you need more info ask away.
thank you for your time.

Follow the instructions in the FAQ link in my signature to turn on debug logging. There may be something in the log that points to what is going on.
Is it JUST this series, or all Bluray disks you try to rip?

ive cleared some space on my ssd so now i have 40GB free. Before i had 1.5GB free. When i looked at taskmanager the SSD drive was 100% in use when i had the save directory on the HD 1TB. I think it rips the data onto the ssd and then moves the data to the HD and there wasnt enough "cache" space on the SSD. Running it again to test that theory will turn on Log when its over or if it fails.

The log file is a text file - you can open it with any text editor.
No need to attach files to the board - the log itself can be included in a message by pasting it in, provided it is under about 59K.

Different tries gives errors at different parts of the disc. not sure why. The disc is clean and scratch free.

Have you recently blown the dust out of the drive itself?
MakeMKV is limited in what it can do when confronted with read errors. Sometimes, increasing the number of retries can help... That's on the "IO" page of preferences, and defaults to 5.
