I still cannot read any BDAV discs in ver 1.9.4

I get the error message "The volume key is unknown for this disc - can't decrypt video"

DVDFab has no problem decrypting these discs produced by my Panasonic DMR BW780 EB Video Recorder, so MakeMKV should be able to determine the volume key, reported in changelog 1.9.2 ... "Full support added for BDAV discs" ?

I'm sure Mike would like to have the information asked for in the FAQ link in my signature, so that he has something to go by. He may ask for additional information.
