I am having trouble using Make Mkv with this Blu Ray Burner player. It work at times and other times it does not. I get errors report when trying to load it. What External Blu ray player will work the best with Make Mkv. I have an Asus G10 11 computer 4770 3.40. with 32 GBs Running windows 8.1. I need to use a external USB player.

Make sure you have sufficient power to the drive. When it spins up to full speed, it will draw at or above the maximum rated power from a USB port, so it cannot be plugged into a non-powered hub.
