The error reads as follows:

Illegal Request: Copy Protection Key Exchange Failure: Key Not Established
Illegal Request: Copy Protection Key Exchange Failure: Authentication Failure

Does anyone have any ideas for this problem? I downloaded the latest version of the software and still have the same problem.

The actual debug log would be more helpful (see FAQ in my signature). It will answer questions like, "What version? What operating system? What other errors?"
