Knight Rider (1982) Blu Ray Read Improperly

I'm attempting to read the Blu Rays (from Japan) of the original Knight Rider (Thus far, just Disc 1 - Will report back if I garner any success with other discs). After multiple attempts, it doesn't report any errors, but it does not report content properly to rip. What info would you need in order to troubleshoot this? Any help would be appreciated.

Follow the FAQ in my signature to turn on debug logging. It will allow the display of more information about the process, and can help a lot with determining what is not working.
You can post the log (if it is less than 60K) as part of your reply, by clicking on the "Code" button, and pasting the data in between the tags that will appear.
