I cannot extract the main movie (disc plays fine in my BR player). The special features can be extracted without problems. Disc is protected with AACS v47 (according to MakeMKV). During extraction, numerous of messages like the following appear before MakeMKV aborts the process.

Just so you don't get the wrong impression, I'm just an MakeMKV user, so it's not "my" email address. As far as I know, Mike is the only "employee" of MakeMKV, and I gather it isn't his "day job".

This disk (UK Release) worked for me, so if it doesn't work for you now then it might be your disk that is damaged

I'm having problems, too - but with the US Netflix disk. I will send you the logs. The app basically locks up - spinning beach ball (OSX Yosemite 10.10.2) - and eventually crashes. It's hung right now, hasn't crashed yet... here are the last few logs... ah, now it crashed.

Having problems now with Netflix "The Theory of Everything". First time it crashed while trying to rip, second time it crashed just trying to read the disk.
