Could you post the debugging log for when you open the disk in MakeMKV?
You may be encountering one of the disks out there that actually has a data section AND a video section to the disk. Although I thought they stopped doing that way back in the CD era.

I just tried again, and the disk was recognized. I then tried again, it failed, and then it was recognized again
When it fails, the log is:
MakeMKV v1.9.1 linux(x64-release) started
(It just doesn't recognize the disk most the time)

Clean the disc and try again. If still not working check for scratches.
